GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Non-Refundable License Fee.
• 20% royalty is to be paid from your monthly collection.
• No other school will be established within 3 Kilometers.
• Books & Prospectus (complete admission kit) will be purchased by you from us.
• A dedicated employee / family member is required from your side.
• Free training to your staff will be provided on regular basis.
• Agreement will be for three years.
• Support regarding day to day operations will be provided by our experts without charges.
• Company will help you in planning the layout of your school.
• All payments will be made in favor of "S. K. Education Pvt. Ltd."
• Taxes will be charged extra as per the Government Policy.
