Student Transfer Policy

This process need to be followed if parents are looking to transfer their child from one BACHPAN branch to another:-

  • It goes without saying that there should be another branch of Bachpan … a play school in that very place where parents / guardian is asking for the child’s transfer.
  • Parents has to provide written application to the present school (where the child is presently studying) seeking transfer and the reason for asking the transfer. Reason of asking transfer should be very genuine / valid.
  • Parents have to pay / follow the fees pattern as per the branch where they are asking for the transfer of their child. (fee structure might be vary from school to school).
  • A transfer fees of Rs. 500/- has to be paid to the school (along with the transfer application) which will be kept by the present school.
  • The present school has to see that there should not be any other dues (apart from the monthly tuition fees & transport charges since both have to be deposited in the school where the child will be studying hereafter).
  • If the student is asking for the transfer in any part of the year / session (apart from the end of the year and session) the admission fees, registration fees (if there is any) are to be divided equally between the first and the second school. In this case the first school will make a Demand Draft of the same amount and will be sending the same to the second school authority along with the photocopy of all the fee receipts / details.
  • Second school (where the child is getting transferred) has to inform the first school in black and white that they have accommodated the child.
  • First and the second school should take the Corporate Office in confidence in every aspect and will keep in sending the photocopy of all the documents / correspondence.
  • If the child is taking transfer at the end of the year / session, no share (whatever is to be given to the school) will be given to the second school. The guardian has to follow the fees pattern and other rules and regulations of the second school and no comparison with the first school will be entertained.
  • The moment, total transfer process gets over, responsibility of the child lies with the second school not with the first school in every aspect.
  • Availability of seats always will be considered while transferring the kid.
